Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
One week payment or credit card number to guarantee arrival.
48-hour cancellation with a $65.00 charge for all cancellations.
Please advise if late arrival.
Prices subject to change.
Christmas and New Years Policy:
First deposit is due within three weeks of booking. A second deposit, half the balance owing, will be due November 15. Your confirmation will state the amount due. If booking after November 15, both deposits will be due within two weeks. Christmas / New Years deposits are non-refundable.
