Kimberley BC, the Bavarian City of the Canadian Rockies welcomes visitors from around the world. Located in the Southeast corner of British Columbia, Kimberley is the highest city in Canada with an elevation of 1,110m (3,663 ft.). There are approximately 6,700 people living within the city limits with 10,000 in surrounding areas. |

| Kimberley's central point is the Bavarian Platzl. The Platzl displays charming Bavarian styled buildings which feature unique gift and specialty shops, excellent restuarants, clothing and sports stores. The focus of this area leads to Canada's largest free standing Cuckoo Clock.
Visit Kimberley's Heritage Museum and the Sullivan Mine to learn a little of Kimberley's mining heritage and historical community events. Kimberley also boasts of a Close to Nature network of hiking and biking trails within the city limits.
