Within five minutes you will be golfing at the popular Trickle Creek Golf Resort or the highly regarded Kimberley Golf Club (prominent in the BC Rockies since 1924). Close by are the St. Eugene Mission Golf Course and Cranbrook Golf Courses.

Cross-country skiing was practiced on the mining exploration trails at the base of North Star Mountain for decades, before the first specific nordic trail - Centennial, was constructed in 1967. |

The Kimberley Nordic trail system / network now consists of a variety of double track set trails of varying degrees of difficulty and length. Centre skating lanes complete the trail system. There are also a variety of single track set secondary trails and a 3.3 kilometer loop with lighting for night skiing. |

Kimberley is fast becoming one of the premier fishing destinations in North America. The beautiful, clear and clean lakes and rivers throughout the area are a fishermans haven. The lakes are open to fishing in early May and river fishing starts in early July. |
